Customer

The Loan IQ Customer tables contain data on any legal entity that has or had a business relationship with the bank. A single customer often has many roles across different business categories.

Deal

The set of Deal tables capture the data need to process all stages of a specific financial arrangement. The Deal is not a legal concept, it is used to group legal arrangements into simple or complex financial solutions to meet the customers needs.

Facility

The Facility tables support the business function of tracking all stages of the various type of credit arrangements. Some facilities exist without the clients knowledge (Guidance Line of Credit), while others do not establish an obligation for the bank to fund ( Advised Lines).

Deal Pricing

Pricing tables maintain formulae used to calculate interest, fees, or commissions on loans, facilities, or Standby Letters of Credit.

Outstanding Trans

The Outstanding Transaction tables contain transactions that are directly related to outstandings.
